Once you purchase a property on terms, a customer support agent will reach shortly. You will automatically receive a purchase confirmation and the property will go off the market. We will be sending your copy of the terms picked attached to the land sale agreement and a property snapshot of your land. A customer portal will be custom built for you and your property. Invoices will come by email and they are quick and easy to pay. Once the land is paid off, we will process the deed with the county at no charge to you. A land packet will be mailed to your home along with your recorded and stamped deed. 

If you are buying in full, this will be the same process except we will start the process of recording your deed. A deed recording form will be sent for you to fill out your vesting information, and we take care of the rest. We will close with the county recorder usually within 1 to 2 weeks and the property will be officially yours. A land packet and the deed will be sent to your home after recording is complete.
