What happens after I purchase?
After purchasing a property on terms, you’ll receive a confirmation, and the property will be taken off the market. A support agent will reach out, and you’ll get a copy of the e-signed land sale agreement. Invoices will be sent via a monthly email for easy payment. Once the land is fully paid, we’ll record the deed with the county and mail you a land packet with the stamped deed at no additional closing costs to you.
