This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through Riverbank Land Group LLC; LandZero.com (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By purchasing from us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Refund Policy for Land Purchased with Financing

We offer a 30 day conditional refund policy for properties purchased under financing terms.

  • To be eligible for a refund, you must contact us before your second monthly payment is due.
  • If your second monthly payment has been successfully processed, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

Land under financing is considered to be in a leased and reserved state, meaning it is held off-market from other buyers during your payment period. This holding status represents a financial commitment and administrative effort on our part, and therefore strict refund limitations apply.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to support@landzero.com and will be reviewed based on the payment and account status at the time of the request.

2. Refund Policy for Land Purchased with Full Payment

When purchasing a property through full payment:

  • The process of transferring ownership and recording the deed into your name will begin immediately after payment is received.
  • Once the recording process has started, the transaction is final and non-reversible.
  • No refunds, cancellations, or changes can be made after the deed transfer is initiated, as legal ownership will move out of our name and into yours.

Customers should ensure all due diligence is completed prior to making full payment for a property.

3. Unauthorized Chargebacks and Fraudulent Disputes

In the event that a customer initiates a chargeback, credit card dispute, or bank reversal after purchasing land — without valid grounds — in an attempt to fraudulently reclaim funds while retaining ownership or possession rights to the land, we reserve the right to:

  • Submit documentation and evidence to the payment processor or credit card issuer to defend against the claim.
  • Initiate legal action to recover the full amount owed, including:
    • Property repossession (if feasible under law)
    • Court costs
    • Attorney’s fees
    • Additional damages as permitted by applicable law

Fraudulent disputes may also be reported to local and federal authorities.
